Process
When a practice level email is deployed, UPMC will allow for a one time module to be added to the email with the opportunity to subscribe to HealthBeat if the email address is not already in HB. If the email address is already in HB or the email has already been served the one click subscribe, the email will get stored in HealthBeat_OneClick data extension and not get served the one click subscribe module.
This is what the module looks like
During the deployment, the wrapping ampscript check for each email in the send audience. If the email is not in the HealthBeat_OneClick, it will add them email to the DE and then embed the one click module in the email.
Automation Studio
There is an automation called Practice Level Emails – in HB. The automation pulls all emails in the HB data extension, and adds them to HealthBeat_OneClick with healthbeat_subscribed = true
