What are Parent/Child Newsletter Relationships?
The newsletter parent/child relationship establishes a hierarchy where users who subscribe to a child newsletter automatically subscribe to the parent newsletter.
- User subscribes to Health and Wellness Newsletter and is also auto-subscribed to HealthBeat Master
If a user unsubscribes from the child newsletter they are not automatically unsubscribed from the parent (still active in parent newsletter).
- User unsubscribes from Health and Wellness but the user is still subscribed to HealthBeat Master
If a user unsubscribes from the parent newsletter they are not automatically unsubscribed from the child (still active in child newsletter).
- User unsubscribes from HealthBeat Master but the user is still subscribed to Health and Wellness
