What is a dynamic newsletter?
A dynamic newsletter is a newsletter that users can only subscribe themselves to by way of a paid campaign or other gated subscription experience. If a newsletter is dynamic, then it will only show in your preference center if you are currently subscribed (making it dynamic as opposed to static). An example of this would be the Government Relations Policy Matters newsletter as this is only meant for the audience of government officials or policymakers.
