Access to Back end of the preference center

1. Go here: https://pages.upmc.com/acccess-tha-preference-center
2. Submit your email.
3. You will get an email that will give you access to Back end of the preference center
4. If you did not get an access email, your email needs to be in the DE located here: Shared Items>Shared Data Extensions>Preferences_Dynamic>Security>TheBabeAccessEmailsAvailable
5. To add your email to the DE simply send the email in the UPMC BU called “Testing Dynamic Preference Center and the Admin site”
6. Once you add it, go back and do step 1

Access Duration

• Once you get the email, your access will last till the next day.
• There is an automation in the UPMC BU called Clear_TheBabeAccessEmails that removes everyone’s access at 1:30am each day.
