Populating Advancing Care Everywhere Zip Code Emails

The Advancing Care Everywhere newsletter gets populated from an API and from emails matched to two lists of zip codes located here:
– Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments > Processing Data > ACE_CentralPA_Zips
– Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments > Processing Data > ACE_NorthCentralPA_Zips

Automation is located here: Advancing Care Everywhere – Add Zip Code Emails and Build Regional Audiences

The automation runs in this order to match zip code based emails and insert them in the Advancing Care Everywhere Newsletter

1. Populates Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments > Processing Data > ACE_CentralPA_Emails_Zipcodes with emails that have zip code data matching the ACE_CentralPA_Zips list
2. Populates Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments > Processing Data > ACE_NorthCentralPA_Emails_Zipcodes with emails that have zip code data matching the ACE_NorthCentralPA_Zips list
3. Grabs all emails from Advancing_Care_Everywhere_Newsletter and updates Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments > Processing Data > ACE_Newsletter_Automation with cat, subcat and date
4. Populates Advancing_Care_Everywhere_Newsletter with emails from ACE_CentralPA_Emails_Zipcodes & ACE_NorthCentralPA_Emails_Zipcodes as long as the email address is not in ACE_Newsletter_Automation
5. Grabs all emails from Advancing_Care_Everywhere_Newsletter and updates ACE_Newsletter_Automation with cat, subcat and date again.

The automation then has two activities to take break the emails in Advancing_Care_Everywhere_Newsletter out into two regional ACE audiences located here: Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Advancing Care Everywhere Audience Segments

These two activities overwrite the regional audiences so that unsubscribes from Advancing_Care_Everywhere_Newsletter will be reflected
