On Submit
When the user clicks submit, the functionupdateProfile(event)is called.
The function collects all the values from the First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, and Preferred Hospital inputs, concatenates a query string to add to the end of our subscribePostUrl string. Then sends a POST request and returns the response in the console (The console response SHOULD be hidden/commented out in production).

Ajax pass all the fields above with action = updateProfile. The data gets stored in Shared Items > Shared Data Extensions > Preferences_Consumer > Consumer_Master_DE
