Healthbeat Reengagement Journey Data

This is how the records in HB get evaluated:

1. I get a list of jobs where the email name contains “HealthBeat – Biweekly Newsletter” OR “HealtBeath – Re-engagement” in the last 6 months and place the jobids in “ENT.Jobs_DE_Healthbeat”
2. then I query the sendlog table “ENT.[SendLog – 20200817_015824]” where job is in “ENT.Jobs_DE_Healthbeat” and place the data in “SendLod – HB Emails Only”
3. Then I group the data in “SendLod – HB Emails Only” by SubId to get how many emails were sent to the SubId and I place the data in “SendLog – HB Emails SentCount”
4. Then I Query the _Opens dataview to see how many emails were opened by SubId WHERE jobids in “ENT.Jobs_DE_Healthbeat” and I update the data in “SendLog – HB Emails SentCount”
5. Then I query “SendLog – HB Emails SentCount” WHERE SendCount > 10 AND OpenCount = 0 and place the data in “HB_SubIds_9_sends_0_Opens”
6. Then I get the email address from the subscriberIDs in “HB_SubIds_9_sends_0_Opens” and place the records in “HealthBeat_Reengagement_Journey”
7. Then I backup HB Master data records where the email address is in “HealthBeat_Reengagement_Journey” and place the data in HeathBeat_Master_SDE_Paused

This is how the journey data works

1. In the first email there is a piece of ampscript that deletes the subscriber data in HB
2. When someone clicks the CTA in the email, the first thing that happens is we restore the data into HB master from “HeathBeat_Master_SDE_Paused”
3. When the person fills out the form the data gets stored in HB_Reengagement_Email_Feedback_Form
4. The processing pixel for the data stored in “HB_Reengagement_Email_Feedback_Form” that is located here “HB – Cloud Pages – HB Re-Engagement – HB Re-engagement Conversion Pixel”
   1. The zipcode they submitted gets inserted into HB Master and Consumer Master
   2. The interests they selected gets converted to Suggested newsletter content modules stored in the dynamic content module table maintained by the admin site
   3. The content modules get stored in “HealthBeat_Reengagement_Journey_Email_2”
